Smith Machine Barbell Row
1. Hold onto the bar, bend knees slightly and bend forward at the waist while keeping your back straight and almost parallel to the floor.
2. While keeping your torso stationary, lift the weight by bringing the bar up towards your mid-section, squeezing the back muscles.
3. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.

Pro Tip: You can also do this free-weight, using just a barbell (no smith machine)
