Leg Extensions

1. Plant yourself firmly in the seat and adjust the seat back so that your knees are just past the edge of the seat. 

3. Adjust the leg extension so that the pad is just above your ankle.

3. With yourself firmly planted (grab the hand rails if needed) drive the weight out and up using your thigh muscles before lowering back down to the starting position.

Pro tip: If you are rocking in the seat, you need to lower the weight and use better form.
